Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A 15% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Deposits are fully refundable if a cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.
If you need to reschedule your booking and provide more than 72 hours' notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the appointment may result in the loss of the deposit at the discretion of Yeppoon Car Care.
In the event that we need to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be transferred to the new booking date or refunded upon request.
